Alfred Kahn and Network Neutrality
Since you have all thought about network neutrality, I thought you might enjoy this post, which has gotten fairly wide attention in the blogosphere lately.

In case you don't know who Alfred Kahn is, he is a widely respected economist who led airline deregulation, among other things, in the Carter administration. Because of that, and because of his political affiliations, his view has a particular impact.

By the way, this is a reflection, as is this, on Kahn's essay.
